Course Description
Some of the hardest moments in a career aren’t about skill; they’re about judgment. Making sound, ethical decisions is a hallmark of career readiness. According to NACE, employers expect new professionals to demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism in the workplace (NACE, 2024), yet these skills are rarely taught directly.
Great decisions aren’t accidental. They’re guided by a thoughtful, ethical process. This module will teach you a practical approach for making ethical decisions with confidence.
